Very poor,when I originally moved in there was a part time officer /warden.I haven't seen her in 2 years.I had a wet room installed and on one occasion had to leave a key with workmen,they mistakenly locked me out so this lot charged me for a locksmith.I have been waiting for repairmen to come for my door alarm and cupboard for 2 years now (must be a record) Useless.
