Very unfriendly. Depressing environment. Staff have no compassion for the individuals who have to come in and face them.

Very poor phone service. Any other department I speak to about my specific issue tells me to call my housing office. I have been calling them continuously for hours & hours, over 5 days and nobody has answered the phone. At all.

Pointless having phones when no one ever answers them! Not all of us can just turn up and wait hours to see someone.

The last place you want to be in the world , they make you feel like that ! They treat you bad so that you give up getting help for housing. Be strong if you ever need to go there and stand up for yourselves because we are not doing anything wrong and we actually pay their wages through taxes. Housing is a basic need for everybody! Everybody deserves to be treated like human.
