The 5 star is for the service provided by Rebecca Vales (income adviser). In the last few weeks, I have been emailing her back and forth, in which I would ask several questions. She was very helpful, patient and provided me alternative information so I can understand better. In all honesty, I have never received this remarkable level of service from anyone working in the Westminster council. Thank you Rebecca.

This was my third visit to this place and twice i was served by the Customer Services Advisor, Aisha, and I hope I spelled her name correctly. She is an absolute treasure and and good asset for the front of house customer facing team. Well done Aisha and the people on top for having you serving our community. Thumps up that I ran of thumps.
