Stunning homes. Attention to detail is absolutley on point and the finish immaculate. My customer service experience has been second to none, nothing is too much trouble. I would highly reccomend Peter James homes for anyone who is interested in New Builds.

Very poor customer service. After reserving a plot for spring 2019 they moved it to December 2019, increased the price by £40, 000 and removed features that were originally included such as fully fitted carpets which we were told would be an additional £2000 upfront cost.

Great homes with beautiful designs in sought after locations. Customer service was excellent from intial dealings, if your looking for a new homes I highly recommend.

Really impressive properties which are finished to a high standard! Once moved in we had some teething issues and snagging that needed to be taken care of and the after sales team arranged for all of them to be completed and to a high standard. Nothing has been too much trouble and I would highly recommend considering Peter James Homes for your next property.

What can I say! The property is beautiful. It is finished to detail, high quality products used on my house. Hand over take over professional. Communication, After care excellent, and the staff are very knowledgeable. I am happy with my property built in a very quiet middle class professionals. I can’t fault them. Our home was relatively well finished compared to some of the nightmares you see with other developers. As well, things like turf and radiators were included as standard, which other developers charge extra for. The customer service team work so hard and are relatively well organised and responsive.

There were some issues when building that pushed our completion back by several months - so not completely perfect. But on the whole we would recommend PJH to our friends if they were looking for a new build (who honestly thinks there won't be delays? come on...)

House was built to a very high standard, was a show home but was immaculately cleaned before we moved in.

Fantastic developer. They really care about their properties and their customers - I've seen first hand that if they wouldn't personally be happy with something in their own home, it gets changed.
