Bellway - Curzon Park

The homes look really nice

First time I had a look at Bellway home it was only from out side because of covid 19.
But they are very nice house and the women who are doing the sales was a great help .
Maybe when I get sorted out I would like to buy one when I deside on place I would like to live.
Bellway homes they are building now are the best.
I have looked at this year so far and I have looked at a lot.
I just wish I could of looked inside of houses maybe I would given it 5 stars they are the best house l have look at this year.

Do not buy!! Loads of snag / faults that aren't being rectified
I have an upgraded kitchen within 2 years the surface came away from the MDF backing. Bellway not interested referred me to manufacturers (moores) who referred me back to bellway... absolute joke!!

Lovely houses but no shops nearby

James at Curzon is wonderful!! Helped us buy our house and was perfect from start to finish. We have been in our new house 3 days and couldn’t be happier. Tim, Dan and Nigel on site are also a great bunch of guys with nothing anything to much trouble. There are bits and bob that needed doing some of them were done before we moved in and the others are planned. We have experienced two other house builders in our quest to find a house not one came close to James and curzon park. Quick mention for Heidi who also helped us in James absence she was also wonderful which was very much the theme of our experience.thanks you Bellway

My daughter has made her home here. The house is just perfect for her growing family. They have a stunning nature reserve right on site with paths around to explore, football pitch and maps to find the animals resident on there.
There is still building work being done so the roads are quite damaged, I'm hopeful they will be repaired when it's finally finished.

Still a building site, but I lived the lake and bridge.
