Nice new.... and noisy... No parks... houses are for one purpose only... To make money... They have no soul (they look like offices)... quite dull not even nice shops or night life. Just a place where to sleep before you go to work and pay that huge overprized flat off or rent.

Great place to live. Spacious feel, houses and flats all have a parking place, there is security at night, the DLR station is right there and the walk around the Victoria dock is second to none.

A modern residential development on historical east london docks. Nice location walkable distance from London's Excel exhibition centre. Few choices for food and drinks along the old docks.

Just love this neighborhood. Been living here since last 1.5 years. It's so calm and beautiful. Love the riverside dock view from my window. It's clean, safe and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.
