The Green at Kilnwood Vale

A nice place to live with a real sense of community.
A wide variety of people live here and everyone seems to get along.
The Clubhouse is a great space for residents to meet and have social events and these are held throughout the year.
Parking troubles and there being less events year on year, keep this being 5 stars.

Really enjoyed our 2 years living here, community feeling and also feels very safe. The surroundings are kept in pristine condition and all problems are sorted by management promptly. Would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely recommend.

The Greens residence is one of the best places to leave in within Crawley and its surroundings. Spacious rooms, high class kitchen equipment's, friendly neighbours, cleanest surroundings, best parks, access to club house. Never felt insecure while taking a walk in the late evening time. Above all, the best in class customer service provided by the onsite residence management.

I got relocated to the States and left the place. Chris, Sara and Steve did a fantastic job in timely closing all the transactions and never made me felt that I am no longer associated with this community. This community remains as a family.

This wonderful experience at The Greens residence will always remain in our memories.

Rent increase well above market value only 1 year into our tenancy, almost 20% without any willingness to negotiate whatsoever, after being super reliable and quiet tenants. Their facilities overall are in poor condition, as well as dangerous roof tiles that have been hanging loose since the storms in spring, just shows how the management and landlord really don't care. We had a good time living here and will miss everyone a lot, sadly lots of people appear to be moving due to these increases. FYI £1,450pcm for a two bed flat in the area (their current listing) is NOT worth it, don't let them rip you off, just look elsewhere :)

Me and my partner really enjoyed our time at the green.
Our one bedroom maisonette was perfect and in good condition.
The area and residents are really nice and made it a relaxing and safe place to live.
Want to give a special mention to Saoirse in the office who was always very helpful and went above and beyond to make our time there special.

Most unprofessional bunch of amateurs managing the lettings department here. I would stay far away. Saoirse didn't have a contact number because she "left her work phone at her mum's house".

She then went on to ask to put through an offer which was sent the same night. She said she would be unavailable on the weekend due to having to attend a party but would be reachable on emails on Saturday morning only to disappear.

Monday morning came and the property was already let, with an offer being accepted on Saturday. 3 bedroom initially offered but then she said she had a 2 bedroom left and took 3 days to respond and say it couldn't be let out to 3 people at a time.

Absolute joke, and didn't give any importance to the matter despite being told the let was needed urgently. All this and still no contact number. Management here is non-existent.

Especially the management ’Steve’ and ‘Chris’ are very friendly and always reachable.

Moved into The Green back in December and the experience has been great so far. On site staff are very helpful and the property is super spacious for a 2 bed flat. Area feels really safe and secure with lots of places to go for a walk yet still 10 minutes away from the closest city.
There is an on-site gym and free coffee machine in the residents lounge area and every now and then a food van comes by!
Our little dog has made loads of friends on our daily walks.
Looking forward to making use of the tennis court in the summer.
