I cannot fault the support these guys gave to our company today. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful in all areas of our emergency. We cannot thank you enough.

I would not have given one star, given the chance. I first contacted PJA and fixed an appointment for a quote in July. Paul didn't turn up (he forgot) so I had to reschedule a further appointment, this was 1 August. I then waited until 17 August and no quote received, so I had to chase. I had a story about having sent it but it didn't reach me ... not a problem I have had before, finally received it on 20 August (a month after first, missed appointment). I had questions/amendments which I sent back on 28th. I then waited until 5th September for a reply. I sent the quote back with comments on 7th September and received a further quote 12th September. Exasperated, I called the same day to fix the errors in the quote, received quote back on 14th September, but with Paul saying sorry if he missed anything, he was driving when I called! Beyond exasperated, I said I assumed he had made notes (I was not aware he was driving, it didn't sound like it) and I had since discarded my notes, assuming all would be OK now. 19th September Paul finally came back with a start date, something I had asked for several times along with the duration of the job, with he missed out. The same day I contacted him to ask for duration. He told me 15-17 days. This is a job to strip out two bedrooms and fit radiators, lighting; strip out two bathrooms, and completely replace with all suite, tiling, electrics, etc. It sounded more than ambitious. So, I asked for a specific time schedule. Finally on 26th September I received a schedule, which I don't believe to be realistic. I have good reason for this as they started work for my neighbour months ago and I had a conversation with my neighbour who is tired of the excuses why nobody is there and why the job has taken months. Subsequently I emailed Paul to say I could not use them for this job as, from experience of the delays, I could not trust them, plus I know my neighbour is not happy. I will not detail his email but it was incredibly rude. DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID.

Doesn't pay his contractors either for work they complete and after digging and researching apprently it's quite common.
Asked to issue PO at point of invoicing but no PO's issued for previous work, then implied works was never completed.
Electrical certification was complete but not issued due to failure to pay invoices hence the reason for choosing to have them redone by others.
