One of the top Tesco there is. Everything you could ever want can be found here. The car park is huge and because of the excellent Tesco is busy but never really any problem to find a spot to park just maybe not as close to the store as you would wish. The shop is on two levels. Food etc on bottom floor and clothes and electrical upstairs. Plus a canteen. For me the best the shop has to offer is the counters area at the back. Fish meat cheeses and hams and hot food to go. The staff are great. Super service and friendly. Knowledge is quite outstanding especially on the fish and meat sections. There are some great characters here to help you. Unfortunately I had to leave the area and greatly miss this store. I’m just lucky I have a huge Tesco outside Warsaw which my wife and I now use.

TESCO Extra Brooklands is a massive supermarket over two levels.There is a huge car park which is free. Depending on when you go the stock levels are usually ok. I did go on a Sunday afternoon in the winter and the shelves were empty. There is a nice fresh fish section.. along with a fantastic bakery. There is also a Pharmacy, Optician and Bureau de Change. There is a cafe on the second floor which sell basic food and drink. Also they're public toilets and cash points.

This review is mainly for the Tesco Cafe, the pricing is ridiculous, £5 for a bowl of chips, £2 for the same bottle of coke that’s £1 downstairs. The service was slow, my partners order was completely forgotten and was offered no refund or side dish etc, the toilets were disgusting, fecal matter all over the place, the staff had no clue about anything. Never returning, what a joke.

The food, cleanliness and staff are all good. The issue is that the store management left 2 staff in the lurch dealing with a very busy cafe. The staff on duty can only do their best. They have been let down

Car park requires changes to spaces to address the amount of SUVs and 4x4s spilling over bays causing parking and pedesrian problems for other customers.

Unbelievable. One cashier on the till & one waitress trying to make good out of a bad situation is the only reason why it deserved two stars... The cafe queue is ridiculous. Took an hour to get to the till. If it was a busy day, I get it, but it wasn't. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else unless you're happy waiting on queue half a mile long..

Time the place was razed to the ground. Started out with all you might need, then the village shops disappeared and the range of products at Tesco was drastically reduced. High time the local authorities put a stop to these retail parks.

The hot chocolate was tasteless less the toilet was overflowing on to the floor when staff approached they said not our department will let them no downstairs 40mins later still the same
