Made my order via uber eats and it kept getting delayed. 2 hours later it still hasnt arrived. Never will be ordering from them again!

Update: order finally arrived with half of it missing! Shocking!

So I order a Crepe desert, with Nuts & M&M at an Extra cost! I receive my order and no M&M & Nuts were added. Fair enough I accepted it. Half way through eating I than felt something weird in my mouth, found a stapler pin!! Which i could have swallowed. I'm definitely not ordering from this place every again. And I will take this further....

I was very disappointed not receiving my order my housemate and I made tonight. Money was taken, order was placed with deliveroo but it never was received.

I ordered two waffles just now , when we opened and tried to eat Kinder Bueno waffle - Kinder Bueno wasn't fresh , testy old and not fresh .I not recommended that place .I will never order again .

Half my waffle was bald…no sauce. Just chocolate shavings. The other side barely had anything. Other waffle was completely fine. So dissatisfied and disappointed to be honest.

Thought I would give benefit of the doubt...as I've had times where they have missed an item on the order or made the wrong dessert but unfortunately they missed a item of my order yet again. When I rang the restaurant up they couldn't rectify my order! If anyone orders from there check your order before the driver leaves!

THE BEST WAFFLE EVER. I’m kinda addicted to their nutella waffle now but they are the beat, fast delivery, always hot and fresh

A few times they have messed up my orders, they do not do thorough checks before giving the orders to the delivery drivers and do not own up to their mistakes. I have lost my faith in them and will not order from them again!
