2 visits here during the week, the ice cream was worth it. They only take card payment now though. Still its a good place to treat yourself.

Visited today for an ice cream with my family based on the positive reviews towards the gluten free options, waited our turn to get to the counter to see all ice cream labelled GF (gluten free) only to be told that all the GF options may contain Gluten due to the manufacturing processes. This is understandable, but the flavours shouldn't be listed GF if there is even a chance they contain Gluten! It's like listing them as vegan if they could contain milk! When we raised this, we were spoken to in a disrepectful manner, which other customers commented on as we left. Given 2 stars as the ice cream the rest of us could eat was very nice. Would recommend that the training process is reviewed for colleagues when dealing with specific dietary requirements.

Visited from Birmingham .had to visit more than once to try different flavours😋 all good well worth going again and again. Always people waiting to be served,but it's shows how good the place is.everyone quickly served.Try the chocolate and banana.

After reading the rave reviews we were most disappointed with our ice creams. The selection was good but the ice cream is just not that great. I had a bueno flavour which was nondescript sweet flavour. I have never seen so few chocolate chips in the mint choc chip. We counted just five in our scoop. The ice cream was sweet and bland. Although the server was polite he took over ten minutes to serve the two customers in front of us, one of whom bought 3 ice creams, the other just two. So a long wait too. Chocolate cones costs a whole pound extra than the cheap normal cone. I would not recommend this place based on our visit.

Check out their new millionaire waffle. Its a huge portion. Nice, clean and comfortable little place in the heart of Porthmadog. So many ice cream choices includes Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free range. They've got teas and coffees as well. Visit them if you are around. You'll be happy

Visited a couple of weeks ago for an Icecream Sundae, and wife had the Gluten Free cake. Very impressed with the GF cake, however the Sundae was not as big as I was hoping for, nearly £7 for not even 2 scoops and the trimmings.

Best pot of tea in the area. And the bacon butty was to die for. Only downside no fried egg to ho with it.
But yummy and not over priced.

Very crowded and slow service. Coffee was pleasant but was finished way before sandwiches arrived. Mediocre quality bread, nothing more than average. Thought was a little over priced especially the ice creams, would not revisit even on holiday due to timings
