Had the most amazing time today skating at Hampton Court Palace. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Andy who helped us with our skates and got us set to go on the ice was great, and the staff on the rink too. Would definitely recommend and will book again next year.

Ice rink was flooded with water and it wasn’t raining! They said it was due to warm weather but ice rink at battersea on that day was perfect so it was definitely not due to warm weather. And we paid £55 to skate in water. Our socks were soaking wet! Asked for refund and they said no. Such a disappointment.

I visited the Ice Rink yesterday and brought my son and a friend who were in wheelchairs . The staff were so friendly and helpful. One member of staff supported us on the ice rink with the wheelchairs until we had gained confidence to skate around with the chairs . He even skated us around the rink & offered to take photos for us. Also Sophie another member of staff was extremely helpful and chatty and all with a lovely smile on her face . She really made our visit a wonderful experience and it was a truly magical afternoon . Well done all of the staff at the ice skating rink . Have a Wonderful Christmas

All three of us are beginner skaters and the staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy the skating session. Emily, Joel, and Andy have been welcoming and gave us some useful tips on how to skate. My daughter felt very comfortable and [quote of my daughter] “I had so much fun with them and hope to get training lessons from Emily”

Pleasant place to get away on weekend evening with kids. Beautiful pace to ice skate ⛸️ in with west london. The ice degrades over time as it is very popular and always packed. Plenty of space and 45 min session is sufficient. Parking and food hospitality available on the spot for those who just wants to sit and wait.

Drink cost between 3-6 for hot chocolate/coffee/beer. Food varies from 2-6 with home made pies being their best home served food.

Staff amazing on entering and easy to access skates. Enjoyable time on the ice. A shame a little more water on ice than I’d have liked. Returning skates took a while.

Absolutely beautiful outdoor ice rink lots of fun ice-skating, ample parking and food available, really easy to book in advance, a place to store any items if needed whilst on the ice rink.

Very organised operation! Easy getting ice skates, access to cloakroom etc. One of the children had an accident and the first aider was a paramedic which was great!
We visited when it was raining so there was a significant amount of water on the ice which was disappointing, but it is an uncovered ice rink so not much could be done about that. Overall we had a lovely experience with a great back drop!
