When the time came to sell my car I was looking for something decent but affordable in the local area that I could replace it with. Everyone knows buying a car can be stressful but Paul is very knowledgeable, easily contactable and was extremely helpful and genuine from the word go. He was honest and open about the car I was buying, which actually happened to be in excellent condition with service history, tax and MOT with no advisories and was offered at a very good price. Paul was very accommodating and made us feel relaxed, as we took the car for a test drive to make sure it was what we wanted. Paul's work with Car Helpers means that he would not sell you a substandard vehicle as his job involves assisting clients with purchasing from garages and the negotiations involved with it, so he was completely upfront and I really appreciated all the help he gave me. As I've just had Paul help me through the process of buying a car, I felt compelled to write a review. As someone that doesn't know anything about cars, it was brilliant to have someone by my side who does and saved me a lot of stress and money in the process. The steps where Paul helped were 1. Listened to my needs (ie budget, car type) 2. Found the right car online 3. Came with me to pick the car up 4. Test drove it with me 5. Helped with all the paper work (I hate paper work!) 6. Guided me on insurance for the car. All in all, couldn't be happier and feel really lucky to have Paul help me who genuinely cares!

Paul was highly recommended to me when I was looking to buy a new used car and I am delighted with the service he provided.

Having specified the things I wanted he provided a number of options within the timeframe I had set. He gave me advice when needed and once settled on a car completed the deal, even reducing the asking price and getting a new pair of tyres! He collected the vehicle, delivered it and sorted out the paperwork on my behalf.
