Just want to start of by saying thank you to James and his team for all he has done for my family and myself. James is main reason to why I’m here in the UK today. He firstly got did my Residence Permit for my brothers and I to come to the UK back in 2009 and fast forward to 2021 he helped with my Naturalisation/ Citizenship application. And through this process he kept it very professional by keeping me up to date with my application. With him also knowing that I was due to start university in September of 2021 he knew that I wanted to have my citizenship by then and at times when I was stressing out regarding this. He reassured me many times that he would get it sorted by then and so I was able to start school as a British citizen. In this same process he carried out my dads Residence application, with him knowing how difficult the application process for my dad would be as he had not dealt with my dad before. He still took on the work and did amazing at it as my dad had now received his Residence Permit.
