Indian Voojan Restaurant

We booked this table through chat with a gentlemen named Ali .
He was very helpful and responded back within 15 mins .very prompt .
We arrived at the restaurant to have our meal .
They were very welcoming and showed us to our table .
The food was absolutely lovely .can't fault the food and the service from the staff in there .
The only downfall I found .
Was as soon as they gave us the menu for drinks .
They came back few minutes later when had not had a chance to look properly .
Apart from that the place was lovely .so clean .
I would highly recommend this restaurant as the quality of the food was spot on

We booked a table for four people on a Saturday.
The service and waiting experience was not the usual that day.
They have a busy take away and delivery service which in my opinion distracted the eat in experience.. So our service was late and when arrived some of us were missing mains and rice..
I think they need to separate the two services from each other. This was just chaos on our night. However our food was great in the end.
Perhaps this was an unlucky NIGHT 😔

We booked to go here after a day at the races and food was okay but not the best. The staff were very disorganised and didn't know what they were doing half the time, we had to ask several time to get the right drinks on our table. Also the older lady that was serving was very rude and shouty and loud whenever she came to our table serving food or clearing our plates. Not a great experience! Also watch out for the gratituety charge on the bill that they sneak on! Worst experience of a sit down curry I've ever had

We had a set menu meal for our work Christmas party - 16 people. The quality of the food was excellent - lots of very different mains with all kinds of side dishes too.

Food great, service good too. Not much of a drinks selection though. Loved the spiced up Begun Bahar.

Friendly service and can't fault it but not sure about the food. The poppadoms were old and you could smell the staleness of it. I could smell the stale oil. King prawn naga smelt awful. Didn't taste nice at all. I hope they make improvements in their food making techniques.

Good restaurant, really good atmosphere the only negative for me I don't like when the chicken tikka masala and the kebab for starter look plastic. ( I think because of the food coloring..) otherwise everything was good .

Dropped in for a late evening curry without booking. Service was excellent, food was great, only grumble was the cost of a glass of wine was £8.95 but otherwise it was super.
