Picked up takeaway last night and was excellent. Tender lamb jalfrezi (under their special dishes in the menu) was a particular highlight, but also the king prawn dansak was excellent and the prawns were perfectly cooked. All sundries great too. Well done guys, keep it up.

Three of us Arrived this evening at about 7.40, the restaurant was empty, no staff to be seen, one of our group called out and someone came out and seated us.

After 10 minutes, no one came to serve us, so asked if we could be served, they said someone would come and serve us.

After a further 10 minutes, with no staff to be seen, we left.

Hardly surprising the place was empty.

My food was floating in all the liquid. Was tasteless. Maybe a change of chef. Never been like this before!

Ordered via uber eats and the food was ruined because it had been crushed.....the curry was in the paper bag instead of the tray. Phoned direct and told the guys what I had received to there credit they replaced the food asap. They didn't have to as it was uber at fault hats off guys customer service at its finest the food was great ill order direct next time...thank you

I visited Haweli relatively early around 6pm on a Monday, so it was very quiet.
I ordered a Chicken Satkora, which was quite tasty although you do have to watch out for the very strong tasting fruit inside.
I would have given this restaurant 4 stars, but the waiter did not wear a mask and initially brought out Rice rather than the Naan bread I ordered.
A decent meal rather let down by customer service.

Only after completing the order on JustEat was I informed that it would take about an hour to deliver to Twickenham - the excuse was Rugby night. After an hour and three-quarters, a very rude young-lady delivery-driver had gone to the wrong address! When the food finally arrived, it was the worst set of curry dishes I have ever tried, packaged so badly that one dish was seeping into another. I don't like throwing food away but the meal was bland pieces of meat in what looked like tinned tomato sauce (with every E number under the sun in it, going by the flourescent pink colour of the pieces), mix of coloured rice and bland chicken - biryani in name only, and doughballs for tandoori nan bread. The worst fake-Indian Bangladeshi food that any number of pints through a Rugby game and numbing of senses cannot help to eat!
