Amazing host! Nicest family running the place! Food was amazing and we'll priced. Would highly recommend!

Really friendly staff, great tasting food, good prices and the hand painted interior was really cool! We will be back for sure 🙂

Customer service was nothing short of excellent. Had a lovely conversation over the phone when placing the order. The sun has got his hat on hip hip hip horray

After seeing the incredible reviews, we finally gave this place a go. Sadly, I was quite disappointed and didn’t think it matched some of the other curries I have had in the area. I’m sure the service and experience is great dining in but wouldn’t go there again for my takeaway, sorry!

Having read previous reviews this was sorely disappointing.
The delivery was 30 minutes late and the food arrived tepid.
The vegetable dhansak was weird. It was like someone had thrown in a truck load of chillies, realised they'd gone wrong somewhere, so threw in two trucks of sugar!! The sauce was watery and not thick with lentils and there were minimal vegetables. It tasted of hot sweetness, with none of the delicate balance of flavours between the hot and sour, which is what a dhansak is about. Horrible. It reminded me of a place in Brick Lane that told me they make their dishes sweet for western tastes. However I grew up with good Indian home cooking and this wasn't even close. The pilau rice tasted of cologne , which was even weirder!
In all, although my friend liked his mutton starter , that was it.
We paid over £20 for a naan and 2 poppadoms!!

I won't be ordering from here again.

Family meal for 8 on a Thursday evening. First time for us in this lovely traditional family run restaurant. The food and drinks were really fairly priced. All our food was fantastic, really tasty. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Really friendly attentive staff. A real treat.
