Went in for a takeaway so cannot really comment on the service, guy who took my order was polite I guess got my order correct. Price is reasonable, looked cozy inside I’m asian and I like curry I had only one main dish and they did it very well so I’m looking forward to trying some more dishes I’m giving 4 stars for now. I will do a second review because I can’t tell if it’s a one off because with food places I’ve had loads of one hit wonders. So next time will be the real judgemet.

Worse Indian food we’ve ever had, smallest portion sizes I’ve ever seen, all the food was swimming in oil, no taste and looked like slops. Bombay potato was basically just boiled potatoes in oil. Absolutely vile. When we rang the restaurant to complain a cocky waiter didn’t care and wasn’t bothered. Will definitely never use this place again.

One star is overrated !
We waited an age for our food which turned up cold. Service was abysmal!
This establishment is dedicated for take away: don’t eat in you will be disappointed!!!

The food will need improvement for sure, food is about flavours balance, salt was in excess on this occasion. Portion sizes are fine comparing with the price paid from the menu.

The hygiene control will need improvement too, the rice box had a piece of long hair on the carton lid.

I do not like to leave bad reviews or one star, I will like to give a 2.5 star review, I’m hopping the management of the business will take my review as a constructive observation and to take action from their end to improve the quality.

6 prawns in a large container, was king prawn curry on the menu.small prawns with tails on and a pint of curry sauce. Saag also was tasteless,a few wedges of potato with spinach 👎best part of the meal was the pashwari naan, wont be ordering again!!!

We dined in yesterday at Café Raj and had an incredible time! Food was delicious, staff was warm yet professional and knew their menu extensively. My favorite was the Korai chicken, our friend loved the brick oven grilled duck. We were not really impressed with the Rogan chicken, a bit too sweet for our taste but it was still alright. We were surprised it wasn't busy on a Sunday night! Definitely going back when we're in the area again to try the rest of the dishes!
