Ordered on Just Eat just realised that the address is wrong and immediately called the restaurant as every other person wanted to cancel my order, I wasn’t able to do on just eat so I phoned up the restaurant.
The Gentleman answered and refused to refund me the £20-£30 order. The “excuse” was the meal was already prepared, even though it was impossible to prepare the meal in that time. He was rude and put the phone down on me. Horrible customer service, and food must be microwaved to make it that quick.

Went with gluten allergy, manager came out discussed ingredients in Buffett and what was suitable. Some items were gluten free as made with gram flour, but were fried in oil shared with onion rings etc so we’re not suitable due to cross contamination. The manager freshly made some items and fried them in fresh oil without being asked which made our day. Food was awesome, haven’t been in about 4 years, but was as good as I remember it. Highly reccomend.

Absolutely bloody brilliant the best flavours your tastebuds will enjoy. £38 for 2 but worth every penny of that..... 5 star all day long. Will definitely return they have a customer for life.

I am sorry to say that we were highly disappointed with this restaurant.
They served stale food, re-heat the old/remaining food I suppose.
They have zero courtesy for customers.
We booked dinner slot from 1730-1900. We finished eating before 1900. My son stopped at the fish aquarium that they have and started watching fish for 5-7 mints so we end up staying till after 1900 for 5-10 mints. They charged us with the higher rate (for 1900-2200 dinner shifts).
We would never ever visit/recommend this place for fine dining. There are much better options available by driving another 7-10 miles and going to Peterborough.

Buffet style food so can be a bit hit and miss.
Take your own drinks or wine
All you can eat for £20.
Ok but not my style of dining.

Wasn't particularly fond of the place. Didn't feel all that welcoming. Looking around the room on one wall it looked like there was mold growing and water damage. Also noticed there were little splatters of white paint everywhere. The air-conditioning didn't look like it was cleaned recently either. The food was ok but would recommend putting a rubber sleeve on the spoons in the curries. It's a bit hot to the touch. I burnt my hand😅
One of hosts didn't feel welcoming too. Kinda felt awkward and uncomfortable. Also one was asleep on the sofa at the front which doesn't feel very professional.
Also I don't know what was said but when we went to the counter and spoke some of the hosts started talking another language in the middle of the conversation. Hindi I think?
One thing, cute fish by the little bridge.

A first visit to Royal Spiceland and we received such a warm welcome. The food was the most authentic we had tasted outside of India. The New management are doing a great job to update the venue and are open to suggestions on improvements. Already looking forward to returning.

This place is under new management we have been many times before but it was getting a bit run down. But now it has been decorated and the new owners are very friendly the food tastes a lot better it is well worth a visit I will be going back soon.
