Spice Island Restaurant & Takeaway

I'm single and I come from London. People said it's a bit quite. So what, perfect place to enjoy wine and soul soothing background music and it was quite and perfect :))

I took king prawn starter but it was a lobster 🤣 loved the taste and the soul tree wine & background music combination was perfect. I took chicken curry and paratha for main. Loved it too.

Staffing could improve a little but the place and food outweighed everything else. Overall very nice calm and totally authentic feeling. Would go again when I'm in Cardiff.

First time visiting this place and highly recommend it. Had thr lamb tikka curry . Special egg fried rice and keema nan bread 👍

I watched in disbelief as the barman poured the drip tray into two pints that then went to a table for unsuspecting customers. If that's what they do at the front of house, what do they do out of sight of customers?

Went with a group and managed to get a table at short notice. Service was slow and staff didn't seem in a hurry as they were dealing with take aways.
When it came food was great, tasty and plenty of it.
