Beautiful restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food. The atmosphere was excellent and the cute swing seats made it fun for all! Definitely book as its very popular due to its style and menu.

An amazing experience! A beautiful setting with lots of fairy lights making a lovely environment. The staff were great explaining the menu and how it all worked. And the food was amazing! Everything we ate was delicious. Lots of small sharing dishes. The Chat Bombs are highly recommended.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Seating indoors and out and even some swinging seats too.
As a newbie to Mowgli the team explained the menu and how to approach choosing dishes to make sure you get the best experience.
The food arrives when it's ready and no specific order so you can start eating quickly and feel like a king as more dishes arrive.
The presentation of the dishes and flavours were fabulous.
Will definitely return the next time I'm in Cardiff.

What a gorgeous restaurant, the food here is absolutely stunning. My partner and I are big foodies, so we're unconvinced the smaller plates would suffice - but they did, and more. The most delicious Indian food I've ever tasted, quick service and good pricing.

Great food, fantastic ambience, very friendly staff. The portions were very small but the food is absolutely delicious. Not many restaurants serve Bunny Chaw (South African delicacy) and Holy Chow (vegetarian version of Bunny Chaw). Make sure to book a table in advance as they were quite busy when we visited and people were waiting.

What a beautiful and aesthetic restaurant!! The service was excellent, the staff asked us our preferences and explained the dishes very well! The food arrived very quickly and we did not have to wait for long. The starters were so delicious. The Himalayan Cheese Toast was crispy and the cheese was melting in the mouth. The Gunpowder chicken had a very interesting taste.... The chicken was nice and crispy with a tamarind chutney on top, which made it feel like a chat. Really yummy. The Geeta aunty's prawns dish was a little too tangy. The interior of the restaurant is really pretty and Instagram worthy. Would definitely visit here again for Indian food!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A modern take on authentic Indian street food! As you walk into Mowgli, the atmosphere is very inviting and the staff are very accommodating. The food was excellent; some of the best food (not just Indian) I've had in a long time. The starters were fresh and vibrant, the flavour of the curry was deeply complex and the accompanying roti was the charred seal of approval.

We had a lovely lunch out here. They have a wide range of vegan dishes and a separate menu for them, which was fantastic. We got a few different ones to share - they were all tasty enough, even though we weren't blown away by the flavours. The restaurant itself is very well presented, lovely fairy lights, romantic, cosy feel to it. And some fun swing seats to sit on!
