Marhaba Ice-Cream Bar

I ordered a strawberry deluxe waffle but asked for no nutella and white chocolate only chocolate sauce they simply gave me a raw waffle with very few strawberrys.
Secondly,i ordered a ferrero rocher milkshake and asked for cream they didn't.They are very rude staff. They annoyed me alot and was too expensive and I recommend no one to go there even the seating downstairs was loose as the bench was moving

I brought cheesecake from them yesterday and as I was going to eat it I found bits of mould on it. How disgusting!!!! Imagine how long it's been there for. They clearly don't make things fresh. They then had the nerve to tell me its not mould its part of the cheesecake LOLOLL. Anyway they did nothing. The lady who btw is sooo rude, needs an attitude check, went to the till took out money and basically said bye. The health standards need to visit that dirty place.

The ice-cream was amazing!! Loved the different flavours I got: pistachio, ferraro rocher, cheesecake, etc. We were spoiled for choice. The decor upstairs was especially aesthetic. However, the service was a little long and most of the tables upstairs didn't seem to be cleaned regularly.

Normally is really good for some reason today the Rasmalai was just disgraceful, absolutely ridiculous it tastes really old and looked like a bunch of oil was trapped at the bottom trying to get out. Took one bite and felt like I was going to puke, waste of money honestly, need a bloody reality check kasam. If you don’t want your customer target market to decrease and you don’t want your business to go down hill I suggest you fix up.

Used to be very good. Since they've hired these young useless girls the service is so slow and rude. They look like they cant be bothered to be there. What should take 1 minute turns into 10 minutes especially considering majority stuff is ready. They need to train their staff or hire new ones as they are ruining their business. The food is still just as good. Shame the staff aren't.

ordered on phone to collect in 20 minutes. Arrived for them to not of even started my order. stood there for extra 15 minutes whilst staff walk around like headless chickens! would not recommend poor customer service

Service yesterday was terrible. We went in around 4 ish. I had to call someone to get served as two girls were just stood there talking. She wasn’t pleasant said are you ready to order like we were inconveniencing her. Why else would we be stood there.

The girl who served us was rude kept saying anything else is that and then sighing when we ordered more. Customer service was none existent. It was uncomfortable my daughter and I both noticed it. It’s like she was forced to serve and didn’t want to. Get more friendly staff on.

The place has been done up very nicely during the current lockdown and now are also taking card payments. Shame the quality of food and customer service has diminished. Was my go to place for desserts and they also did pizza's and burgers but will not be coming here again after the food poisoning me and my family got on the last occasion
