Paradise Masala

I've just had the worst experience from this restaurant. They delivered the wrong food, I then rang up to tell them where I got shouted at for opening the dishes. They said they would send out another meal. 20 minutes later the delivery driver turned up with 1 part of the meal. I then explained it was meant to be the whole meal. He rang his boss, got shouted at. I then get a phone call from the owner shouting at me asking why I wouldn't take it. I then explained he had told me to pack it all up and anyway it was cold. I asked for my money back. He screamed and shouted at me then refused to give me my money back. The 1 star rating is for the delivery drivers who couldn't have been nicer.

Wow.. Wow.. Wow.. What an experience.. I was bought up on curry and I can say that this is probably one of the best currys I have had for a long time. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was thick and rich. My only criticism is that the onion bhaji was in 2 large bhajis instead of smaller portions to share..

Excellent fast delivery and food was hot. My new favourite curry house in Colchester.

Just had a takeaway from paradise massala.Was one,if not the best curry we have had.
The food arrived piping hot and everything from the starter to main course was delicious.
Highly recommend

I quite enjoyed my chicken balti and peshwari man bread, just the right amount of heat for me and delivered in s time and safe fashion.
Would recommend and I will return.

Lovely meal. Very particular we are but ordered via Uber first ever time and it’s better than our local. We have two Indian takeaways and this one exceeds both. Really well cooked and fast service. Thank you very much

This place has been a fantastic takeaway for me for years but tonight had a bad tasting dhansak. Phoned up and asked for replacement but informed I was wrong and would have to pay for another meal. Tried to argue that I really felt the meal tasted bad and smelled odd, it wasn't right, but the lady on the phone wasn't having any of it, so put the phone down. They called back and after continuing to tell me i was wrong, eventually said they'd replace my meal as I was a regular customer. Really not happy with the poor response to a valid complaint.

Tonight's meal was absolutely fantastic and my family enjoyed all dishes served!!

The customer service was unreal. Highly recommend you come to for food at this facility 😊

This place is amazing with fantastic staff,I really enjoyed my Chicken tica one of the best ive ever tried.my food was super fresh;definitely would recommend for a friend.
