I placed my order through Just Eat at 1240 this afternoon. The restaurant accepted my order when they opened at 1740. I requested 2000 delivery. They put the time back to 2025. It is now 2206 and I am still without any food. I appreciate that it is New Year's Eve, but you shouldn't have accepted my order if you knew you couldn't fulfill it. Then asking me to pay 50% to cancel my order? Used to order from the Haweli of Epsom as our go to curry. NEVER AGAIN.

Advertise 45-60 minutes for delivery and took over 2 hours. They should update their expected delivery time if they are busier than usual. I have never had to wait over 2 hours for any food delivery in my life! Also after my delivery arrived no bombay potatoes which are normally included in their orders and only one yogurt sauce where normally 2. After waiting 2.5 hours rather than an hour as expected, you would hope the order was as normally ordered!!!!

Beautiful food, amazing flavours, generous portions and just generally very impressed. First time we've tried Haweli and we will be ordering from them again. Also lots of choice for us two vegans....makes a change. Thankyou for a thoroughly lovely meal!!

Super tasty food and huge portions on mains, easily enough for 2. Particularly love the tarka dhal / lamb achari / lamb bhuna 👍

Awful avoid at all cost .we ordered last night after being a customer for a couple of years .the food turned up with the chicken raw the sauce was disgusting both me and my husband where sick .I just spoke to the manager who basically called me I lier and then offered me a free set meal for 2 .like I would want to eat from them again. I asked for my money back as most the food is still hear he told me no and hung the phone up .if you don't want to be sick please do not order from hear not even worth the one star ..

They make the tastiest chicken tikka masala ever. If they sold the sauce in jars I would buy it for all my friends and family. Lovely Bombay potatoes and their mint sauce is great too. The delivery drivers are always happy and friendly, this is my favourite takeaway.

Absoultly disgusting packaging was all split everywhere prawns tasted off popdom were stale and when I rang up they said it was my fault cos I dropped the bag realy why would I dropped it then he disgusting not even worth 1 star
