highly recommend Indian take away. I have been a regular customer for a number of years. Tried a few others in St Albans and disliked them. Indian garden has to be the best by far. Food is always cooked to perfection. Very friendly run business. 5* rating

In a word don't bother. Whilst the food is nice the service is poor.

We ordered in a peak time and was told one hour. We accepted that but 1hr and 55mins later there's still no order.

Yesterday was my first meal from india garden,it was delicious the nicest dhansak ive ever tasted,the staff were friendly and food arrived within the hour i will definitely eat from here again

Me and my partner ordered from India garden for the first time and won’t be ordering again! we waited over a hour for our food!
The food turned up very cold and also the onion baggies were forgotten, they then said they would bring them in the next 10 minutes this took over 40 minutes to be delivered to us! We also gave them a tip the first time round and they never said sorry for forgetting a part of the order or never gave something complimentary for our loss of food. Will not be ordering again!

.“Fantastic service & delicious food” This have to be the best india food I have ever had, and I have eaten in a lot of Indian restaurants and takeaways this is by fare the best, you should be so so so proud. Go and try this place, you will not be disappointed. I was so impressed by lovely Manager and staff.

Had chilli paneer main which looked like blended curry sauce and tasted like sweet chilli sauce! Karahi chicken very saucy and also blended apart from chunks of chicken and a fe pieces of green peppers. It did not taste like a proper Indian food I know of and have experienced in the past… very disappointing experience.

Very disappointed! We tried twice to give this place another chance but there is nothing to do. We had to wait literally 2 hours both times for our food to be delivered. We called and they didn’t have our food ready after more that 1h. Moreover many dishes are super sweet, almost disgusting like to eat a cake but there is cheese and spinach and meat inside. We have decided to not try any more.

Food arrived earlier than the delivery time Very tasty food, generous portions. Polite delivery gentleman. No complaints what so ever, we will definitely be ordering again
