Rowan Tandoori

Tried it for the first time and this will without a doubt be my go to place because everything was perfect. The staff are really nice and super friendly and welcoming. The portions are very generous and very reasonably priced. I waited less than 15 minutes for them to freshly prepare my meal. The food itself was delicious, and perfectly balanced and they even added a complimentary poppadoms which is always nice. Just a great experience!

The shop is clean staff look presentable. Staff are also pleasant.Food not bad reasonable price. Would use again.

This Indian takeaway is one of the best. We order yesterday their food was delicious. The shatkora meat bhuna and chicken tikka naga jelfrezi and their sweet, sour and hot Dansak was amazing.
Their portion is generous too.
I would highly recommend them.
You will not be disappointed.

Not the best indian take away in this area..
Food just tasted flat and plain ..
Collection customers are side tracked and made
Wait some time to priortise just eat orders.
Very disappointing food and service .
I wont be using them again. The chefs should learn how to cook proper Indian food and not just tosh it all together thinking they serving good food.

I ordered a Jalfrezi Chicken and a Jalfrezi Lamb for collection.

The takeaway has a dated feel to it but, it was clean and presentable. Also, I noticed that their Food Hygiene Rating Sticker has a rating of 5, which is higher than some of my favourite takeaways. I had no issues with the food or the service and I would certainly order from Rowan Tandoori again.

Just the worst Indian food ever, the taste was so bland, the chapati was not fresh and the chicken tikka masala was runny. I live around the corner and should have gone with my gut to go Norbury. I won't be back.

Always enjoyed my food from here, today, a total let down. Chilli and garlic nan, was sent cheese nan, who eats that? Had a meat biriani with exactly 5 pieces of meat along with a bland watery vegetable curry. My other half enjoyed his jalfrezi and keema rice. Really don't know if it was just 'one of those nights' where there were too many orders to check quality control because the football is on and very busy or have they gone down hill? I am afraid that's me out from now on, if hubby wants curry, he can sat it alone.

I’ve been going here for 20 years. The food was better when the older guy used to run it. But it is still really good. They need to give you dips though.
