After an issue out of the restaurants control which resulted in our order being cancelled, I received a very generous offer from Sid who I think is the owner. We were offered a free meal and he even bought us a bottle of red wine out of his own pocket. Food arrived hot and was very tasty. Excellent customer service

Disgusting avoid! Ordered a medium kebab with chilli sauce it came and well i could of got more meat of a rat so tiny and came with mayo which i hate and cost me £7!! Also had the mozzarella sticks that tasted like dirty old oil.

Poor customer service food is dirty just like the people.PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. It is, beyond doubt, the worst Indian takeaway I have ever experienced. I have just logged this complaint with Just Eat in the hope of getting my money back.

We used to order from Red Chilli Indian all the time, but they started going downhill rapidly so we changed our curry house of choice. The other day we thought we would give them one last chance, since they used to be very good years ago, and I absolutely wish we hadn't as it was one of the worst meals I've ever had.

The starters - both of these were burnt beyond recognition and dripping in oil. These were also missing the small side salads which are meant to come with them. We were disappointed upon seeing these, but were starving so ate what we could with high hopes for our main meal.
The main meals were even worse. Both the curries tasted of absolutely nothing and one of them wasn't even half full. Again, both of these were absolutely dripping in oil, which we had to spoon out. They were cold, similar to our starters, and utterly inedible. The vegetable side dish, Tarka Dahl, literally had the consistency of water and again tasted of absolutely nothing.

I truly cannot believe that any food establishment could produce good of such horrendous quality and taste and expect customers to pay for this. I contacted the takeaway to make a complaint and asked to speak to the Manager. I explained all of these issues to them and his reply was "ok". I asked what he was going to do about it and he said that they "had been busy". He didn't offer an apology or a refund or a replacement of any of the food (not that we would have accepted this anyway).

I want a full refund for this meal from the restaurant as the standards were utterly unacceptable. Furthermore, I would strongly suggest that you look into having such an establishment listed by your company as it is only damaging your brand. I have had sub-standard takeaways before, as everyone had, and whilst you may be disappointed you just get on with it and go elsewhere next time, such is life. But on this occasion my experience was so awful that I have to take things further.

Ordered at 12am after seeing delivery time of 40mins on deliveroo. Called up the restaurant 1hr.30mins later was told its coming in 20mins. Called 2am told another 10mins. Called again another 20mins!! Absolutely ridiculous! Asked for a refund and to cancel the order and was told no, its my problem! 3 hours later no food and disrespectful disgusting customer service. Never make the mistake of ordering from here!

Literally the worst delivery experience ever from an Indian restaurant. First time using just eat on these guys, ordered the dishes i usually get from an Indian, chicken biryani, veg side and a paratha. Unfortunately the chicken was inedible, the biyrani tasteless, the vegetable and pirata was like mush. Just eat said to contact the restaurant so I did, the driver came and collected all the food including the ice cream!! The guy on the phone promised a refund. I chased over the past week, nothing. Called again tonight, was told to ask Just Eat!! Just eat say it's been over a week and they can't do anything. This is clearly the restaurants issue, and they have stolen my money and not given me any food. Honesty I have never felt the need to write a review like this before. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a lamb shish and it was awful!
The order was completely wrong, no cabbage, when I asked on notes, so got salad instead. Ordered garlic mayo.. NO MAYO. 3 pieces of dry chewy lamb which was REALLY SPICY!! AND the size was the smallest I've ever had! Won't be ordering again!

Avoid this place! Placed order online and called them to request less oil in curry and ensure naan was soft...food arrived with chicken swimming in oil, naan burnt and HAIR in my curry!! Called them, and man hung up!! Never eating from this place again.
