This place is wonderful for someone want to enjoy the taste of Indian food.

I have collected food or it has been delivered by them, and both of services have satisfied me.

Also you can see their clean area of kitchen when you are ready for collection of food.

It's always a treat to have delivery from Tiffin Tin as we don't have it very often. But, when we had it for our end of term meal, it was fantastic as we got to try so many more dishes than usual! All the food is cooked to order and there's no hint of ghee. The oil is fresh and flavours are well balanced. One of the best Indian take aways around. You won't be disappointed!

No idea what was happening with these guys last night. Our food never arrived at all. And yet they've confirmed to Just Eat (who we ordered through) that they delivered it, which is not true.

It's a real shame because the Tiffin Tin does great food. I've used them many times over the years. But they've become increasingly unreliable. A couple of times we've waited 2-3 hours for food delivery (even when they quote 50 mins).

To be honest, I can deal with late delivery if they'd just *communicate*, but last night, after our food was already 2 hours late, they simply stopped responding.

No food, no apology, no one answering the phone at the restaurant - but quite happy to take our money. Disgusting.

Edit: After leaving the initial review and getting a response from the restaurant I have to say my opinion has changed. They replied immediately and investigated the incident, since we never got our order. Unfortunately it was delivered to a very similar address by mistake. As compensation they offered us a full refund and a voucher for our next order, which we really appreciate. Hopefully this won't happen again, since we really enjoy the food from this restaurant. But we are willing to give them another chance.

Initial review: Outright the worst experience. I would give it zero stars if I could. We ordered food at 6pm through Deliveroo for my birthday dinner (nonetheless) and it is currently 20:10 and still no food delivered. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no one replied. Deliveroo kept telling us that they talked to the restaurant and that our order was 15 minutes away. They even lied that the driver was right outside and that we should go meet them. No one was there. Needless to say the birthday celebrations have been ruined. Won't be ordering from this restaurant ever again!!!!!

Without doubt the toughest driest lamb/ mutton I have ever tasted. The chicken in tje biryani was dry and overcooked too. Very dissappointed. Wont be using them again

Good quality food, very fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly too, a very good takeaway indeed!

I love it! I will always keep coming back here - I love their food so much. This year it was my birthday takeaway for myself and my family and it was perfect. Hugely recommend! And great for vegetarians

Ordered a prawn curry, veg side, lamb curry and peshwari naan. The naan so dry it was as if it had been frozen uncovered as it had freeze burns and it disintegrated when we tore it. The lamb was not cooked in the sauce, it had a sauce poured on it. It didn’t taste like lamb and was tough and dry. It was either badly cooked goat or mutton. The prawn and veg dishes were good. I’d say, stick to veg and fish at Tiffin Tin.
