Food is excellent... when it actually arrives.
First experience with delivery was good and on time. Food was amazing. However, the second time round the food was late by an hour and it said delivered despite no delivery having taken place. Had to drive to shop and they said delivery driver just left with the food. Was offered Pepsi as an apology. Food was still excellent though

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Took over an hour to deliver, and they missed something of the order to which one of us didn’t have any food. Poppadoms were stale almost as if they were a week old and they got the order wrong! Not the first time we ordered, thought maybe give them another chance but completely blown it. Will never order from here again and you shouldn’t either!

Great value for money! All of the dishes in the Thali set meal were top notch. Will be back soon

I want to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt because I have ordered from them multiple times and always been impressed and happy with the quality of the food and the delivery time , I would of left a 5 star review however after ordering today at 6pm my food didn't arrive until about 9:20pm this is after I was told my delivery time would be about half 7 at the latest , they updated the delivery time to 8:20 pm when I requested an order update , I rang the restaurant and the man I spoke to wasnt that apologetic about the matter and said he was having problems trying to find a driver which I appreciate but I was still unhappy that they would give me that delivery time knowing they would never make it on time ,he offered me a free bottle of pop with the order as an apology which I never got. However when the food did arrive it was actually still hot and tasted as good as usual. The delivery driver was a very nice and genuine sounding man who was very apologetic about the time of my order , though I don't believe it was his own fault.Its this fault that has given the restaurant 4 stars from me , I'm still unhappy with the service I received tonight however this is the first and only problem I've ever had with this restaurant. Usually great food and good delivery times

Ordered food at 17:30 but it was late so rang the shop they said around 10 mins it’ll be here. Half hour later I rang again they said it was on its way and won’t be long. 15 mins after that it arrived with no pizza or garlic sauce so told driver and he said it wasn’t his fault which it probably wasn’t as good was still hot. He said he will get us one delivered but already waited ages so was extremely annoyed. Then a different person delivered the pizza and tried to blame the driver for it being late when it clearly wasn’t the driver as food was still hot like it had just been cooked. Food was ok though but never ordering again as this isn’t the first time it was late.

Ordered at 6pm came at 7:30pm, fair enough it's New year's Day and busy, food was all over carton leaked everywhere, shop was fine sent the driver back to collect and refund us. Driver got really weird at the door inspecting the food and told me to be patient while he looked at it....weird man expected me to stand there while he examined the food then got really snotty. Won't be ordering again

Don't know how a takeaway can have such good food and get things so so wrong. I ordered through their app, when it didn't arrive on time I called they argued in the background but never came back to me. When I tried to call back they didn't answer. So many chances now I give up.
