After a long bad day my wife and I decided to cheer ourselves up with a takeaway. That's when our real issues started. Ordered two large kebabs with a side of rice. The kebabs were pitiful only gods knows what their small kebab is like, I'd guess they would have a struggle finding a container small enough given they seemed to struggle with the large containers. The rice did not turn up at all.

After phoning and complaining we were assured the rice would be sent out immediately. Half an hour later and nothing. Another phone call and we ate told that it will be sent out immediately again and they had no record of the last complaint but assured us that it would be sent out immediately. Half hour later again and still no rice. Yet another call this time asking for a refund as the kebabs have now been eaten cold.

We were told that they could not make a refund and had no comprehension that items of the same order arriving over an hour apart was not acceptable. The rice arrived as we were on the phone making the complaint.

No refund, no apology, nothing.

Don't bother with this place you are wasting your time and money.

A bad day made worse by uncaring, incompetent cowboys.

The only good thing about this place was the polite drivers who obviously take a lot of abuse from this place's many unsatisfied customers.

First time we’ve ordered from here and certainly won’t be the last. Brilliant food and full of flavour. There’s a new chef there and is doing really well. WELLDONE guys and girls…

popadoms arrived like Mike Tyson had been sparring with them, ordered a 1.5l of diet coke, it had already been opened (seal broken) looked to have been watered down. rang up and asked, guy didn't really care, started laughing.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this is some of the worst food and service I have had in Crawley. After two hours waiting (granted it is New Years Eve) the food arrived with over half the order missing and items in there that were not ordered. The driver returned with what appeared to be somebody else's entire order!

The food from the first delivery, a Mixed Grill, was absolutely stone cold and "sweaty". The bhaji had more or less become a cold grease sponge. So with all of the extreme disappointment returned to the bags for an expected refund. Wayyyy below par even given it was New Years Eve.

Waste of my money the food is 0 not nice at all I ordered one lamb biryani one donner kebab on naan and lamb tikka omg I wish I could get my money back. Will not never order again 😫 my son was very hungry he goes this donner isn't worth £1 😒

ORDERED FROM PREMIER INN AT GATWICK NORTH. They accepted the order, then called me to say I'd need to pay an additional £5. He said if I cancelled, I'd still have to pay for the full order. He wanted my card details.... Nope... I had to pay an extra £5 cash to the driver. Its truly dishonest, they could have told me about the hidden charge before preparing the food.
They did gift me a can of coke - So selling a can of coke for a fiver is genius I guess... Food was good to be fair, but this is a disgrace. And the experience has left a bad taste...

Ordered from uber eats on a busy Friday night before reading some of the comments on Google. Food arrived exactly on time, was nice and hot and tasted fantastic. Ordered a desert as well and arrived perfectly chilled.

Had no interaction with staff but I have no hesitation ordering here again.

I ordered 200 lamb kebabs for my extending family to eat and it was delicious. I was a bit upset that the kind boy Hassan would not let me buy 355 things he only let me buy 300. I will definitely be coming back inshallah
