Zia Bangladeshi & Indian Cuisine

The first time I had a meal from here, it was possibly the best curry I've had on ages. In had the prawn biryani and it came with large king prawns. This first meal was utterly tasty and was highly impressed.

Ordered a second time and this meal was so bad. Lacked flavour and the prawns were the small frozen cheap kind. And the ryita was basically some hacked up cucumber and a pot of yoghurt was plopped on top. Not good at all.

No consistency. Not what I was expecting the second time round. Very poor and disappointed

I love this Indian takeaway, I am a vegan and they let me speak with the chef to order something to my requirements and the chef even phoned me back to inform a side dish I had ordered was not vegan and did I still want it included! I rarely receive such great treatment and they are consistent every time I phone. Great food with amazing service what more could you ask.

Beautiful food and friendly service. Definitely and by a long way the best Indian takeaway in Woking in terms of the quality and the consistency of the food. The chef clearly cares about the quality of the food and is willing and able to make dishes that are spiced to personal preference. The sauces are not overrun with tomato and instead are beautifully spiced with rich flavours. The portions are generous and service is incredibly friendly - some of the genuinely friendliest and customer centred people I've met. The prices are very reasonable especially when considering the quality of the food. My favorite Indian takeaway in Woking.

Absolutely terrible experience placed an order via Uber Eats has taken over an hour I called them to which they said sorry we can't deliver your order as what you selected was only available in lunchtime.

Fair enough the why in the world did you accept the order??

If the item wasn't available at that time why did it show up in the menu when ordering??

And for me to get my refund I have to wait 15 days.
Common sense will dictate to provide the lunch deal to the customer.

Highly unprofessional attitude didn't consider for a moment that I am an old customer well they have lost me and my family from their customer base.

Not recommended solely for their rude and unprofessional attitude and behavior.

I would like to tell about my expirance with food last night. We order quite often the zia food and always was on amazing standard, very taste good quallity , value for money. Till yesterday. We order the korai jafrezi lamb which had excatly 6 little pices not even small! of lamb and the rest was only souce with vegetable. Such a dissapoitment. For kids we took chiken pokora from starter and we get in 2 hard pices of chiken breasted with crumbs. Taste awful. It wasnt be a chiken pokora, not nice if they didnt have in stock and they send it bad replacment. It was my number in order I should be informed and I would choose something else! Not sure what happened last night there if the staff are changed but the quallity food drop soo bad .

Top quality food, great customer service and cooked to perfection, highly reccomend the king prawn phal if you're a spice lover!

Food is very much a personal thing, there are many Indian takeaways to choose from but to find one that offers the consistency of quality taste and choices is a testament to all who work at Zia Woking. congratulations guy's and keep up the good work. THE PROOF IS IN THE EATING!!!!
