I absolutely LOVED their vegetable rice, low-key tasted like Pulav. She even offered to make it extra spicy if I wanted, so the owner is lovely as well!

Delivery took well over the stated time. Took almost 80 minutes to arrive.
Food was lukewarm and the chicken was chewy.
Very disappointed and first and last time ordering from here.
Only gave it a try due to a Chester eats promotion.

Shocking. Placed order on just eat.
Never received notification that it was on way

When I rang them up I was told that they had been and tried to ring

Then while trying to. Speak to the lady. She was telling me I should get things right and order of website and she demanded I come pick my order up
Shocking when they make demands of you when you have a right to order from what ever app you wish to use

Definitely won't use them again

Great takeaway as usual.
Tried the delivery option, but a 1 1/2hr wait was a bit too long.
I think the delivery drivers were struggling to keep up.

Very poor, don't normally write a review but always given a 5 star, even after poor delivery times and promised free starters, which I've never had or claimed, (check your records) but tonight after ordering a £30 plus order and realising that chuckney isn't part of a stater and being told I'll have to give the driver £1.40 well done!!! I don't mind but think it's poor for all the custom I've given you.

Ordered 2 curries and nowhere on the menu did it say you have to order the sauces separately so we got jalfrezi and karahi with no sauce

We've been using Karai for well over 12 months now. The food has always been first class, and staff polite and helpful. The delivery times can sometimes be up to 90 minutes, but we usually get the meal within 1 hour.

Disgusting stay away!!! Food arrived freezing cold, the chicken was full of black bits. After ringing up to explain we were unhappy the staff member Nas on the phone was extremely rude, refusing to even refund the one completely inedible chicken meal. No apology at all just rudeness and sarcasm! 0 star
