Zara Indian Grill

Awful experience. Ordered a vegetarian dish, it came (30 minutes late) with chicken which I accidentally bit into. I called the restaurant immediately and was told the correct food would be sent in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and was told that the food hadn't even been prepared yet. Never ordering from here again.

We ordered food from here tonight, my overall experience was good. The service of the gentleman on the phone whom took my order, seemed to struggle to understand what I was saying, but, that's not such a big issue to overcome.
The food arrived when they said it would and also gave me a call before leaving
The gentleman taking my order told me it would be £28 including delivery, but when it arrived I found out it was an extra £4 for delivery. Thats not to bad considering the distance they came to bring it to me. The overall quality of the food is very good the flavour is fantastic on all I had. The delivery driver was very friendly.

I will definitely be ordering here again and will have to give there chappel a go as it sounds really good.

I have ordered from this restaurant several times over the past few months. I find the food to be good, but.... its always late, something might be missing and if it is they will take another 40 minutes to get the missing items to you. I ordered again tonight, but after waiting 2 hours I had to phone them but there was no answer. Finally had a phone call back to be told my order has been cancelled. I wont be ordering from here again

Ordered from here for the first time..made my order at 8.30pm and after two phone calls it arrived at 22.30pm I was only told one hour.
Food received , cans boiling hot, as for the food .. here is me being honest ...we had to heat it up in the microwave and It was like the sea empress crude oil ship that run aground in Pembrokeshire..oil everywhere..so much my lips couldn't grip one an other, no taste, no flavour.. similar to the lady before..but it was taken over a week ago ,was it 🤔.
Not impressed, I do not want any compensation.. or response..

Ordered on Just Eat at 630pm. To be delivered between 740-8. Had to chase it up via Just Eat multiple times. Received message back it would be delivered at 915. Called at least 10 times and no answer and a VM that is full. Finally received after 10pm. Spicy chips are uneatable. Soggy mess. Same with the salad. Chicken dry and couldn't tell the diff between the 2 meals ordered. Looked and tasted the same. Even the menu in the bag was as wet as it could get. I will never order from here again. Nope.

Terrible experience with this takeaway service .Ordered the meal and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive , and in the mean time we had to phone the premises twice ,and on the second occasion i wanted to cancel the order,but was told that it would be there in 5 minutes with a discount due to the inconvienience. When the meal arrived i told the delivery driver that i was taking the discount then and there,and i did . When we opened the food it was the wrong order ,cold and poor quality in taste and flavour ,resulting in me cooking a meal for my family instead. Will not be ordering with this takeaway again.

Ordered through just eat. 2 house specials amongst other things. When we checked the bag one of the house specials was missing. Despite phoning restaurant numerous times about 9 ish no answer whatsoever so wasn't too late to answer phone. Left review on just eat so know the circumstances and despite having my details have made no attempt to contact me and to say sorry have another. Ordered a few times from here but this is the last due to customer service. Looking at other reviews seems it's a regular thing. How hard is it to check the order is in the bag? Hopefully this will help other people to make a decision if they want all their order .

This is the 3rd time I have ordered. The delivery is prompt, the food is always hot, the staff are very friendly, and the food is lovely. Would recommend
