The Bengal Balti

Very good quality food and arrived hot too. Good sized portions and the salad was nice and crisp and fresh. The only drawback is the online ordering system through their website which didn't actually work. DON'T order via their website but phone the order through direct to make sure they get it, oherwise, I can highly recommend Bite Spice.

So I will say, I loved it, have lived in the Garw Valley for a long long time BUT not realised this was here. I loved ordering online the first time and the owner (?) rang back straight away to let us know what time it would arrive and that DELIVERY WAS NOT INCLUDED! (only £1.50 to us)

I will say the food was stunning, no oil floating on top, very tasty, lots of spices, best take-away for a long time.

2nd time - no order received, very disappointed. Let you know how it goes.

Would be zero stars. The food took over 1 hour and 40 mins. I call to ask for money back and am told that when the driver gets here he will give the money back. Then an aggressive man starts saying he can't give money back. I ring back to get told the manager can give the money back and he is on deliveries. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Worst service ever recieved #update
Manager was rude and very ignorant on the phone had to really push for him to give me my money back today he said he was TOO BUSY. Not too busy to take my money in the first place

It was only after I asked if it was his only phone line he decided to act a bit quicker. Never experienced anything so bad. I say again AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

They also lie on their review replies as I asked for the cash refund today many times before the refund was processed. This company is appalling and will be taking this further being busy is no excuse for scamming customers

Ordered through Just Eat website, it advises delivery would be about 35 - 45 mins. Once ordered, this changed to 1hr 20mins. However, it had gone 2 hours, still no food. Called at 9.30, rude man just said 'will be with you in 5 mins' hung up, didn't take our name or address. Called the takeaway again at 9.10 who then advised they will be another 20 mins, I then had cancelled the order as it was getting late and we knew we just wouldn't enjoy it anymore. I am very disappointed. Will not be using this indian again.

5 Stars, I have never had a bad meal, tastes and smells never fail to get my mouth watering, always delivered hot and rarely late. The Bengal Balti app is easy to use and even offers a reward system that will get you discounts on future orders.

Food is great, LOVELY staff and I always come out with a pleasant happy vibe (if or when I collect) which is rare to get 😊when asked if they wouldn't mind adding chopped garlic and chillies to my chips they didn't hesitated in doing so, not only that but look at the presentation 👌Thank you for your service it really is appricated

Originally coming from Bridgend with so much choice in Indian takeaways, we have been so happy with the quality of this food! They get it bang on every time ♥️

This is the 3rd meal I have had recently and I must say cannot fault any of them.
From the girl taking the phone orders to the delivery on time was faultless.
The food was really authentic and tasted as to the description on the menu.
