Ordered meal phoned there was a curry missing was good said that they will deliver full order put rice back in containers. To have a phone call to say they will send it as good will gesture. But the full meal isn't here I. Missing a curry everything else there. Its not a good will gesture its your mess up and a meal that I have paid for that we drove from ogmore vale im am am not amused

Never had a problem until today, rang to complain due to a dish missing but got accused of lying. Said "they've watched back on the cctv and can see the bag being packed" which i don't understand how they can tell its my order. Why would I call them to say a dish was missing when I would rather be sat eating my food after a long shift. After working in a takeaway for 5 years previous to my job now I would never accuse a customer of lying and spoke to them in a way I was spoken to this evening.
