Lovely cottage, with lots of space and a hot tub in the garden! The kitchen is very well equipped and the main bathroom is spacious and practical. Four double bedrooms, a single bedroom and space for a cot.

An absolutely beautiful home set in a beautiful location. The house is decorated to the highest standard , so much attention to detail. The beds were so comfy with the crispest linen. The house was spotlessly clean yet felt so homely and welcoming. The kitchen was my absolute dream kitchen and I loved cooking on the aga. Plenty of space to prepare , serve and enjoy food together as a large group. We stayed as a group of 8 friends and loved that we could sit as a group in the living room/kitchen but also there was plenty of space so we weren't on top of each other. We enjoyed the weekend so much that half the group decided not to leave the cottage on the Saturday and instead enjoy the comfy sofas and real fire! The hot tub was also fantastic...even despite the gale force winds! We are already looking at dates for another stay! Thank you Roger and Sally for a wonderful weekend.

We absolutely loved staying at Chestnut Cottage. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. Ideal for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds. Lovely welcome box on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Batemans Brewery yearly get together. Award presentation luncheon. Great afternoon, lovely to meet new people. Food was good. Fab place to visit

A beautiful cottage had every thing you needed. Loverly secure gardens to let your dog out. Had a great time with family with plenty of rooms to escape if needed. Would highly recommend it.

Just came back from this fantastic cottage 04/062021 and I must say 6 adults and 4 kids all had a brilliant time the cottage was far more than I expected nice gesture of a local food hamper the owners were always there on the phone or email if I ever needed them and we all are definitely going back next year well worth the cash we paid 👏👏👏👏10 out of 10
