Went with a partner of that time to visit her relative found this place very shocking and upsetting as the residents were able to walk around in next to nothing on it had the appearance of a secure unit but was not secure in any way some of the residents I was advised on avoiding communication with as I like to be polite and say hello to people and help if I can in any way to make people feel comfortable or better but as this was a visit the lady in particular said you must not speak to that person they will attack you you must not speak to that person they will attack you this person here is unpredictable do not approach them it made me wonder how people can get to that situation and they were allowed to wander around sometimes in just underwear this seems very unfair on the person's well-being and respect for the committee apparently the different people that live there couldn't wonder Friday backwards and forwards into each other's rooms often things get misplaced or stolen I find it very distressing on all three times I've visited my partner's relative I noticed that this person along with other people had mixed emotions sometimes they would say hello and then they will become very aggressive towards me and I was further advised this is just how the people are they will be nice to you and then they will launch at you so you need to be very careful I would advised in my closing statement that if you are visiting friends relatives or investigating what this place is you need to go in with an open mind do not be like I was emotionally disturbed and become distressed upset or angry at the situation I'm sure the staff are lovely

Bad attitudes from staff. Often robbed and person who robbed me was never moved. I have breathing problems yet put onto 2nd floor - lift been out of order several times for over a week each time. I had to use stairs which made me breathless and dizzy. They have messed up medication several times. They remove things from your room without informing you. Total insensitive people especially Roxanne, Maxine and Bubbles. Evil people.
