The proprietor (Moira) is lovely. The room is really nice and has a fridge. The surrounding area is beautiful and only 10 minutes away is Merthyr with plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants. I'm more than happy.

This beautiful house is situated in the most perfect location with easy walking access to a reservoir. It's only a short drive to the four Waterfalls Walk and shops aren't too far either. The house itself has everything you need from a mini fridge in your room and tvs to a communal lounge area. The breakfast was amazing and the ladies at breakfast made our every morning and we can't wait to go back to see them again. We are sorry we didn't catch your names. Moyra is a lovely host and checks in on you each morning at breakfast. Honestly one of the nicest places I've stayed in. A homely feeling with excellent service, cleanliness and amenities.

Spacious cosy accomodation. Great bathroom facilities recently refurbished. Fantastic caring staff. Brilliant breakfast. The staff and Moyra the proprietor are angels sent from Heaven. The location is perfect to explore the beauty of the local area

A really nice and quiet place to stay for short or longer periods. The room was very big with nice toilet. It has got all necessary facilities like shampoos/soaps and hairdryer. Everyone there is friendly and willing to help you. Good value for money.
I do not rank it with five cause there were some parts of the room that were not cleaned like the light covers or things that you will not touch often. In general I would not say the room was dirty, but I would give a five star only to a hotel room that is perfect.

I have stayed here before and Moira as ever is a wonderful host. The breakfast is wonderful as ever and the rooms beautiful and most comfortable, WiFi is really good. Moira has a wealth of information for local places to try, will definitely come back again to stay, thank you Moira.

Had the loveliest short stay in the guest house. We arrived a bit early but could check in without any problem. Moyra was very friendly and welcoming, recommended us some places to go to and see. Room was cosy and clean, bathroom was very modern, breakfast was hearty and filling. Will definitely visit again!
