Presthaven sands

Lovely clean holiday park with tons of activities for families. Went in term time so park was quiet but all activities were open, managed to go swimming everyday and the pools seemed clean and were very warm, the slide is a bit disappointing but ample for smaller children. On site shop was well stocked with everyday items and not that expensive. Arcades were OK if you need to kill an hour but don't expect to win anything as it seems all the machines are set to drop the prizes. Club was OK but had a dirty, sweaty smell and shoes stuck to the carpet. All the characters put in an appearance and there were plenty of photo opportunities however the Haven mate that walked around with them was abrupt and brought my 3 year daughter to tears after telling her the queue was closed even though there was only 3 people in the queue and nobody else waiting.
We stayed in the sandcastle themed caravan and could not fault it in any way, spotless clean and quite modern and would definitely stay in it again.
All in all it was a very enjoyable week holiday and hopefully will be returning later in the year

Except for the ice cream and waffle van which was good value.
Swimming pool ok but don't trust the online booking. Ask at the desk if it says no availability.

Lovely site with plenty to do with the kiddies and nice caravan decor.
However a few improvements are needed. Parks are not toddler friendly and very limited.
After doing the cleaning survey I noticed cup marks over the caravan surfaces, aswell as the towel heated rack full of dust and dirt..
Donuts from the cabin are nice and value for money.
All in all, a lovely well needed break and two happy kids!!

Four nights away in a saver static caravan. Really enjoyed it. It was a great place to stay to discover the N Wales coast. The park was clean and tidy, the chippy was amazing and the shop was very convenient if you were stuck for something to eat. Aldi and Lidl are just five minutes away in the car if you need to stock up on self catering stuff. We were so impressed we've booked to return next year. Twice!

Staff are excellent. Especially the arcade staff in evenings. Look like they love their time working there.
Staff and security all excellent through t park.

Only problem was the residents. Some geordies fighting from 1.40-4.30am. Police came and made arrests I was told but next day other residents said there is always trouble. Police always there.

Should be 3 strikes and out as it’s put me off spending close to 1K again.

Fag ends everywhere, fire buckets empty (apart from 2 inches of water and fag ends), tables and tableware in the Mash and Bucket were filthy. This can't be the same company that runs the Wild Duck site in Norfolk? Wild Duck was superb. Presthaven Sands was dirtier that a prison. I know this as I work in a prison! Just booked for next year - not a Haven site.

First time here lots of stuff for the kids plenty for the adults at night quiet at night around the caravan parking very good

7 hours after a member of staff made a song and dance about wanting me to move my car off the grass next to the private caravan I had hired. With the owners permission I add
My £30000 car was keyed from end to end
When I complained to security they sent 3 door staff down offering to fight me and intimidate me which didn't work out for them
Complained to Haven who say they have 21 days to respond 9 days in nobody has had the decency to contact me ..I've attached photos of the damage
Just an update Haven never had the decency to contact me about this ever despite me spending up to £10000 over last 3 years staying there truly disgusting
