Good to let the kids run around, but not cheap.
No discount for SN. No supervision by staff, and that would be fine if supervision of parents was enforced.
Seems to be no upper limit on play area so adults and much older teens took over the bounce pillow. All kids left...
Sensory room is OK, bit lacking but great to have as an escape. Bean bags could use some beans, and staff should monitor when children start running around playing catch in and out of the room without using it for purpose.
Food is expensive, as is coffee and slushies, but water and cans of drink are only 1£. Told to share plate between 3 kids for 3 buns at £2.50 each 😬.
Clean ans friendly staff.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the play frame is really good, however it is absolutely stinking dirty. We stayed for well over an hour, no tables had been cleared or the play area checked and cleaned (dirty socks and old food in the play area). There was no excuse for the lack of cleanliness as there was only a few people here and four members of staff, who instead of cleaning sat on the counter of the cafe eating icecreams. The attitude on the girls working there when they had to do a little bit of work e.g. serving customers, buzzing customers in at the locked gate was absolutely shocking (think stroppy teen).
The toys that had been put in the baby area were in disrepair, dirty and no batteries, no need to be there really as they don't work.
As for the sensory room I actually can't believe they have the nerve to call it that when all it consists of is a few string lights left on the floor and a music mat with no batteries. Avoid at all costs and save your money.

My kids wanted to go to a soft play whilst in the area so thought we would give this a go.

It's a reasonable size, located in an industrial unit. We pre-booked a 2hr slot and had food whilst there. The play area is a reasonable size, however a little limited in what the kids can do. There is a big three level softplay area, a ball play area (football, basketball, etc) and the inflatable cushion they can jump on. They enjoyed all of these, however would have liked more variety.

Food was reasonably priced and the staff went above and beyond and tailored the food to our own request. The children's portion sizes are a little on the small side though.

Staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive.

Not bad value for money and would likely return

Terrific softplay centre on Carmarthen outskirts in the industrial park. The centre has a little area for under 2s with walkers, rockers and soft blocks. There's a mini football pitch with basketball hoops and goals each end. The turf is like a soft artificial grass which runs through the centre. The inflatable slide is a real treat a, good climbing challenge to get up to the top of the slide. The climbing frame has lots of sea animals painted on leading to a tall double green open slide and shorter curly enclosed blue slide. Next to the frame is a large drop bag an inflatable bag into which you can jump from platform and land safely. For the little readers theres a wendy house with selection of books including a couple of Welsh titles. Lastly for parents and grandparents the cafe does serve really really good coffee.

Difficult to get to with the postcode, limited parking. We were waiting for a staff member to great us, and let's us in for about ten minutes The soft play area exceeded expectations and was well equipped with toys for under 1's. The coffee was lovely. Overall satisfied with visit.

Great place for kids had my 5 and 2 year old entertained for hours. Fab service very friendly and food was excellent too. Great value, parking can be a bit restricted but shows how popular this place is. Coffee was excellent too which is a bonus for parents😊

The parking was limited and the disabled parking was inadequate. My grandchildren seemed to enjoy themselves, I would say it's suitable for under 11 year olds. Pre booking online is possible and a 2 hour session is usual.

Spacious and lots to do for the kids. Small menu but very nice food. Prices aren't too bad either.
