Do not waste your time or money. Tried to cancel my policy as they were charging me 3 times as much as anyone else! They wanted £3000 for the year when the same level was available for under £1000 from multiple providers. Was referred to their sister company who would try to beat the price and told everything would be sortedwith my cancellation. I am now being chased by a finance company who are telling me my permium hasn't been paid. I rang Endsleigh and they told me I never completed my cancellation... Told them I needed everything fully cancelled as I thought it had been and was told I need to pay them an extra £170 as well as the previous month's premium! And both to be paid within 48 hours... Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have told all my friends and family to stay away.

Was involved in a hit and run incident, took 6 months to start investigations. I always had to ring up to find any updates, all employees have no idea what they’re doing. In the end, never found the driver of the hit and run, waste of money!

Their admin error caused me to get £600 fine and 6 points on my licence. Avoid!!!

Due to having subsidence 6 years ago, and cracks showing in ‘19 looked for another insurer. Had insurance voided by a well known insurance company.

Contact Endsleigh on Tuesday/Wednesday. Today - Friday - got a quote that was reasonable.

I have had no problems getting in touch by phone or email. They responded in the timescale they said.

So far no complaints.

Absolutly vile company. Cancelled insurance with the in November 2017 due to moving to a new property. Four years later sent a bill for unpaid premiums after this date for an unspecified number of month.
Have proof direct debits stopped in November but are not willing to listen to any kind of reason. Even the sum they come up with make no sense.
Do not use these crooks, avoid like the plague

I would give 0 if i could. Renewal quote gone up by 85% in a year with no explanation and no claims from us. Insane! Didn't even bother discussing it with them after such shocking news. Plenty of great cheaper options out there. What an appalling way to treat current clients after such a rough year. Clearly they are making us pay for their lost profits.

1st notice of a renewal was on the day - I have no recollection to agreeing to an automatic renewal. Locked out my account when trying to access to check this - locked out because they changed systems, not because of forgetting a password. Unable to find a contact number on their website (via mobile). Ended up cancelling DD as I couldn't reach them. When I finally did get them it was outwith my cancellation period and I got hit with a cancellation fee. Still don't have access to my account to check if I agreed for an auto renewal.

Bought car insurance from them and paid in full, a few months later I wanted a new car. I bought the new car and I logged in my account to change cars on the policy and was not able to give me a quote! I called to get try and get a quote but was impossible as they said the only way to get a quote is to cancel this policy and buy a new policy with them losing £1000+ as well as losing my 1 year no claim bonus. What kind of car insurance doesn’t let you switch cars on your policy but provides you with a brand new quote on the new car?!? AVOID!!!
