You said it would be 3 days to get . Our money after you took my car it'was over 3 weeks trying to ring you was a nightmare I spent over a hour each time every day morning again in the afternoon ringing each time with it just ringing &ringing so many different number I'm a 80 year old pensioner it was very stressful although we have spoken to you finally i amSTILL waiting for the money your service was disgusting I would not recommend you to anyone after .my experience all I would ask now is I receive my money ASAP to finally settle this you have my car I'm still waiting

I would avoid at all costs. I was appointed markers study through principle insurance. Claiming they are motorcycle specialists. I wish I had looked at all the bad reviews before taking out the policy.
I had an accident 17th December where I was hit from behind by a car driver who left the scene.
I reported the incident on the 18th December. I was told someone will be in contact to pickup the bike. After 4 days went by I rang up to enquire as the bike was now sitting at a car park of a garage 40 miles away from my home. I had the owner of the garage contact me to move the bike. I was notified to wait and not move the bike myself. After ringing every 2 to 3 days for a month and ot getting anywhere with the owner of the garage threatening to have my vehicle removed I contacted the insurance company to see what was going and was told to wait again. Even after telling them exactly what happened. Not willing to wait any longer I contacted harley davidson as this is the manufacturer of my bike and got them to collect the bike. After they had done the assessment of damages another few weeks had passes i had been without the bike now for 2 months. I had to make phone call after phone call to get them to pass on the information having to go to principle due to the 2-4 hour wait time for makers study.
One they received this they informed me that harley charge more than there repairer so I would have to pay the difference. I wasn't happy about this so asked them to pick up the bike and do the repairs themselves aslong as they are going todo a professional job and replace everything with genuine parts. A few days after I received a call from a markers study engineer although they hadn't picked up the bike themselves to tell me they where writing it off. I agreed and the next day they turned up at harley paid the fees and collected my bike. The fees that where only there due to themselves not picking up my bike. They told me it was an error by them selves and to open a complaint so I did.
The complaints team took 3 moths to come to the decision that they would give me 150 for the waisted time. That dosnt even cover the cost of the storage frees that I had to end up paying 360 that they took out of my settlement figure.
Now I have tried to take out car insurance and they have put down this accident down to my fault and that it was in a car.

They are completely unprofessional and to be avoided at all costs. Belive the low reviews.

If I could give any less than 1, I would rate this company at 0..

I'm still waiting nearly a month on, for my van to be repaired ..

I've tried to ring on multiple occasions and have been on hold for a hour plus at a time and have to give up ..

They respond to email occasionally..

They dont work after 5pm or weekends, they don't answer phones , they don't take complaints seriously .

Live chat facility is beyond a joke ..

Just employ more call handlers.

Absolute cowboy outfit .

This is the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with ..

I ended up with this shambles of a company through one call insurance. So I'll not be bothering with them again either ..

Avoid at all costs , it would be worth paying a higher premium, to go with a reputable company..

Next stop insurance ombudsman..

If your luckily enough to have time to wait three too four hours for someone to answer the phone! Your get no help from anyone! One of the worst insurance companies I've ever had thr misfortune for dealing with! I was hit in the rear by hgv on a traffic lights controlled roundabout back in December! And they still haven't bothered to sort it out yet!! Never ever use again would highly recommend staying far away from them!

If I could give them no stars I would, I had my crash at the beginning of april yet my car is still sat on my driveway and I have had no progress with this company. They should not be allowed to provide insurance to anyone. I had modified car insurance taken out with them. Yet after the crash they had told me they cannot fix a modified car ? Which is strange since I paid extra for modified insurance. Do not use this company!!!! I have had to buy a new car since they refuse to provide a courtesy car there for I am currently paying for two cars !!! Will be taking this up with the financial ombudsman

I had my accident 3 weeks ago. My details were taken and so was my vehicle. I've had no communication other than the email saying my car was written off. I've tried to phone 8 times in 10 days. No answer!!! Hanging onto the phone for 1hr and 45mins today and still no answer!!! FIND ANOTHER BROKER OR GROUP. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU'LL PROBABLY REGRET IT. I DO.

Unbelievably difficult to get hold of. They will either email a PDF of a letter or email a copy with no indication of how to reply to the questions in the letter. The email addresses, once found, are never responded to. Their live chat function is the only way I've managed to get through to them (I've been on hold for 2+ hours before) but the help often leads to dead ends. I've never had a single email or postal correspondence about my claim, meaning I have no paperwork to back it up.

Refused claim twice only to have an Ombudsman reward it to me. The whole process took a year for them to pay out. They also have a premium number for mobiles at a £1 a minute. They are unhelpful and pass you around different departments and even company names (Zenith) as well as the broker (the online company most people use) to try to not talk to you and get you confused about who to contact to discuss the claim. They also refused a claim to then have it overturned by an Ombudsman TWICE!! Worst company ever, do not go with this company, you'd be better off not having insurance for the amount of stress this caused.
