Their word is not their bond.

This is the worst Company I have ever ever ever come across, Motorbike stolen nearly 2 months ago, sent everything to them as asked. Now, they don't answer or when they do they put you through to a different department leaving you on hold for 3 hrs, thieving, scam artists, everybody needs to report them to the FCA/Ombudsman, I have written complaint after complaint to them. They have left me with no transport to get to work to feed my 8 month old daughter!!!! I am now going to add everybody who works there on Linkedin and direct message them.
