A-Plan Insurance

This feedback is long overdue! I had the pleasure of working for A-Plan but sadly left due to wanting a career related to my degree. However, working here set me up for the right job. Tony Carmelitano was a superb manager and mentor. He was supportive to not just myself but all of his staff. The team were not only friendly but honest hard workers who wanted to get insurance right every time, striving for perfection. The customer relations they have maintained over the years is incredible. There are customers who have been there since the branch opened and I think that says a lot about the company.
A lot of people write bad reviews as insurance is seen as a “dirty” word but a-plan offers something else. It’s friendly, reliable and trust worthy. Sure you may pay a little more in some instances but the level of customer service you get is worth every penny in my opinion. This is from a customer perspective as well as an employee.

Allan Parker from A Plan Insurance in Epsom arranged my business insurance for me. I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. Having tried to find a good insurance broker for years, he really stood out from others. His knowledge and attention to detail was excellent. He explained all the options available to me clearly and I now feel I have exactly what I need for my business. Thank you Allan!

Great personal support. I know they are insurance brokers but other companies don't always bother. On the whole the quotes are competitive but also anyway the back up is always good. I've tried other companies who are supposed to offer personal support but it's all automated or online. I like to speak to someone. Well done A Plan.

Losing the plot.

I've kept my motor and home insurance business with Aplan Epsom for about the last 10 years. But no longer. Until now the staff have always been unfailingly professional, efficient and polite. A pleasure to work with. But Millie succeeded in being so clearly irritated and bored by my need for assistance to deal with the damage caused by Eunice that she couldn't wait to get me off the phone. "I've told you who you need to call so you are merely prolonging my conversation." Rarely have I come across such discourtesy. I don't suppose it will make much difference to people who think it is OK to talk to clients in this way but I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

I've used A-Plan for several years now for my car insurance. Always friendly service and helpful.
I've always checked prices and they are there or there abouts each year.
Worth a try in my opinion. Not as quick as online comparison site but you know what you are getting with no hidden surprises.

In my opinion A-Plan is one of the best insurance specialist companies in UK. I always find friendly , efficient and helpful customer service every time I contact them. Prices are often the best and if I need to renew any of my policies it's them I call first. They send a monthly bulletin just to inform you regarding new offers and promotions. They are always ready to help and suggest the best option. 5 stars very much deserved. I recommend to call them if you need a quote or a general information about any of your insurances. Never disappointed. Thanks guys!

When my husband died I had no idea of what was what, I called A Plan and they went through everything with me thoroughly. I then had a minor car crash and Alistair in claims was brilliant, so supportive. These guys have customer service to a T and I can't fault price comparison with the online. so good to have a local voice on the other end of the phone. Good old fashioned service at online prices.
