Absolute rip off merchants. Set up policies to auto-renew, then send messages from various insurers purporting to be unable to match or better your premium when the time comes. St. Giles said the lowest they could get our policy was £2500. After 20 minutes on the phone, talking to a few brokers, we were able to find the same level of cover from a competitor for £850.

Lauren at Stiles Group was very helpful and always quick to respond with advice and updates. She arranged for my claim for water damage in my flat to be processed and paid up by insurers Allianz much quicker than I had anticipated. A big thank you to Lauren and St Giles, excellent customer service.
