Chans cars is just a moody old git who moans about everything. Just look at his other reviews. Get a life you sop. On the other hand, I couldn't be any happier with the service RA provide and I speak on behalf of alot of other traders.

I have been with this company for several years now, and they always have, helpful, professional and friendly, every year their representative Mark paid me a visit to make sure that my business had the best cover for me, whenever I needed information the staff were very helpful. I have just retired and they have helped me with with this. I would recommend them.

I have business insurance with these lot and my advice STAY CLEAR. They will take your money and talk nice to you untill you need them for a claim. Then they barely reply and when they do they are pretty much useless. And sadly its not one or two of them. Every single person i have spoken to there are as useful as a bag of rocks. Never again will i use these lot

Insured me on Friday and by Tuesday following week voided my insurance without notifying me or giving me a prior warning. They needed documents for an additional 3 years no claims bonus which I forgot to send and I only had sent them one years no claims bonus. Left me stranded and unable to carry on with my business for one day. Very unprofessional and please avoid, I have had issues like this before with insurance were I may not have sent enough details but never has anyone ever gone to that extent to void the insurance. Very unprofessional!!

I couldn't work for the day as my company owners couldn't insure me and lost on a days of work as they voided the insurance without prior notice. Not very professional.
