Michael Scott and Lau

I have always found dealing with this company a very pleasurable experience. They are always very caring and informative. I prefer to insure my car with them as I am supporting the local community business and I speak to a person instead of a machine. Would recommend them to everyone. Just spoke to Emma who was very helpful.

My wife and I have been with Michael Scott and Lau since about 1980, it was Peter Scott when we first used them.
We have lived in Cornwall for the last 21 years and still use them, we don't bother checking elsewhere as the service is exceptional.

My renewals are easy and no fuss and when i needed to make a claim a few years ago they were really good at dealing with that too. Me and Michael were in the same year at Forest Hill Boys School.I always got my Vehicle insurance with his firm,Michael always was a top fella .Michael mate Ed Hudson here ;0) be lucky ,I emigrated to Edmonton Canada 6 yrs ago :0)
