Worst company Ive ever dealt with for any reason.
Paid out on a claim in which my car was stationary in a car park and hit by another driver doing at least 3 times the speed limit.
Said they couldn't get in touch with me despite me trying to ring them every two days for weeks and weeks and they never ever answer the phone.
I reported the incident on the day In detail.
But apparently I was speaking to Winn's solicitors and not my insurance company.
So now Ive lost two years no claims and my premium has more than tripled.
Cowboys. Plain and simple.
Worse than thieves.
Be careful with this company.

I'm coming to this restaurant from last 3 months due to work I'm staying in a hotel.Food was Amazing in Antalya restaurant in Aberystwyth, Staff's are brilliant who serve me and look after me always ask for Tea and dessert.) I Recommend all of you please visit here in Antalya restaurant and enjoy Turkish food.

Just spoken with Ross who works within the claims department. He worked on my case within a matter of minutes of my call. He gave me a prompt and simplistic explanation of what would be happening next regarding my claim. I have ADHD so I find these phone calls super stressful. Due to Ross professionalism and understanding, he made this call easy and relaxed. Great customer service.

Awful company, wouldn't use. My mechanic advised that the vehicle was unroadworthy and shouldn't have passed its recent MOT. As the cancellation was out of the 14 days they gave me less than half of my money back. Would never use again and would have been better to pay monthly!

I need a letter from the company so i can be safe next time as i wanted to see the footage of incident they wont give unless i make a claim …when i dont need a claim … cancelingmy policy asap

I have motorhome insurance with KGM and unfortunately wrote off my motorhome in a high speed accident (i was doing about 65, the lorry about 55). KGM were good and settled quickly at a good market rate.
The only thing i would say, communication is not their strong point, if you email them, it would be good to get a response, even an automated “yep, received it ok”

Don’t give customers they information they need to make an informed decision when taking out their policies and then reject claims because of convoluted definitions that bear little resemblance to the actual English definitions of the terms.

Absolute cowboys. Avoid.

Motorcycle Direct work with these clowns as one of their underwriters so avoid them too!

Worst company ever thieves isnt the word and they get off with it service from staff stinks rude and ignorant dont waste your money on them
