Please do not use this company because if you ever need them they will let you down! After a bad experience I read reviews which was to late for us!!
Not professional at all as they cancelled our policy by a text!! Said no insurance as of now! Everyone was at work It was 3pm on a Monday! Reason was a conviction that was over and done with!
I have spoken to many companies since this that have confirmed they do this a lot normally the min a Claim goes in! They google your life and cancel your policy by a text! I have just read the reviews and everyone is saying the same things! There are many professional brokers, please if your a trader remember you have more vehicles at risk than anyone else! Don’t waste your money so your research we never did and now look!

This bunch cancelled my insurance policy about 3 years ago and then told me they would be keeping the money i had paid them aswell, i see they are still at it with the same old tricky tactics, i actually managed to get all my money back off this lot, i wasn't aware like a lot of people on here that they can't just cancel a policy and keep your money, i was able to get all my money back with a bit of legal help from a family friend, most important of all don't believe anything they tell you as they often talk nonsense. hope this review helps others who have had nothing but trouble with this company.

Avoid them they are the bigger scam ! Soon you claim a accident. They make everything to close your claim and to cancel the insurance !
1000 customer end up with they car crash even with a non fault ! They dont bother to go forward with the claim ! I got a non fault accident been running for 4 month now they cancel my policy because the car was not on my name !!!

After a month renew pay in full they drag the claim to 4 month to not refund your money . Been scam over £2000 for only 1 month of inssurance. Carefull guys!!!!

I was insured with this company I would advise all people do not insure your vehicles with them. They take your money very fast and then cancel your policy mid way without a valid reason, I had my vehicle Stolen overnight and they cancelled my policy the next morning not willing to pay me out. This is a very unprofessional company who are scammers behind running it. They have done this to many other people within the trade I have spoken with and all have similar experiences. Do not insure with them if you want a genuine policy.

The previous review mirrors my experience. Trade Wise decided to cancel my policy stating a good reason! Fine, provided evidence but still couldnt resolve. Agent also tells me i have to pay back full balance when i was actually expecting a refund ! bunch of crooks!!!! i am going to prosecute them! As they affected my Mental Health and business.

They don't want to deal with and offer directly policy quotes . They only want brokers to do it for them which means one will always pay commission to a third party unnecessarily so that they are comfortable and not having to deal and sell to you directly!
How's that for how much they care for you as a customer when they are doing their best to delegate such responsibilities ? 😏
And their prices (through a broker of course) have gone sky high ! Pandemic is to blame of course, during which there must've been too many people on the roads causing to many accidents causing their costs and expenses to go up ! Right??
What an excuse for a rip off! 😢
STAY AWAY FROM TRADEWISE IS MY ADVICE! !

Just cancelled my policy today shocking company . I am happy to go back to Tradex although higher premiums at least they are a proper insurance company. And certainly would not recommend DNA as a broker just hassle and aggravation from the start .

Very very bad experience please if anyone wants to save money and time looks elsewhere!!
I've been robbed by tradewise you think you're buying a policy with trade wise but you're actually not. They get you a quote from a broker then the brother borrows money to pay for your policy and you pay the brokes back with lot of interest. If they cancel your policy for some stupid reason. You have to pay back the outstanding balance even if it doesn't make sense to you. Please avoid am only trying to share my experience and not let others get robbed by their hard earned money. Scums!!
