Very easy to insure my home and add my watches / wife's jewellery to the policy at a good price. I've made a few changes since purchasing all without admin fees unlike my last insurer who charged £25 for each change. High recommended

Terrible customer service. I cancelled my policy and was told no more payments would be taken from my account. Two days later £28 was taken from my account. Customer service was unhelpful. Be careful with this company!

I have and will continue to recommend now4cover ...it is easy to use and very clear. I have renewed my cover with them and am very happy with the product. I have confidence that if I need to make a claim I know exactly what is covered without having to worry about the small print!

Don't use this company. Took my money for a full years insurance and policy was cancelled almost immediately as underwriter went bust. Will not reply to emails and cant contact them by phone as dont have any numbers. Left me uninsured and out of pocket for a few hundred pounds. Were no help at all and still wont reply to my emails.

Found out that the underwriter on my policy went bust earlier in the year and this wasn't communicated by N4C - so I have been without cover for months. I will not use them again unless they use reputable companies to underwrite their policies rather than financially unstable ones.

If you need to communicate with them its a failure notice from me. Not impressed, website down due to technical difficulties they say, no phone number to call, not responding to emails. Would not recommend.
